Snacks: Snacks or chips are not much beneficial for health but in the night time they should not be consumed at all. They contain an excessive amount of monosodium glutamate. It can also cause other problems along with sleep related problems.
Pizza: Eat less pizza is also good. At night, it should be stopped completely. Actually, your digestive system has to work very hard to digest pizza. The pizza has a very high lubricity and the sauces and other spices used in it increase your risk of heartburn.
Burger: Burgers should also not be consumed before bedtime. Cheese and sauce are used in burgers, but these things increase the production of natural acid in the stomach, which can cause heartburn problems.
Pasta: Pasta is rich in calories. It also contains a high amount of carbohydrate which is converted into fat. It is made with cheese and other fatty things, which has a very high glycemic index. Its consumption at night is harmful for the heart and digestive system.
Red Meat: Red meat should be avoided at night. Red meat is a good source of protein and iron, but overeating can harm you. Excess intake of this can cause restlessness and also affect sleep.
Dork chocolate: Dark chocolate should not be eaten at night. Dark chocolate contains a lot of caffeine. Apart from this, it also contains many other stimulants, which instead of relaxing the heart, keeps it functioning and keeps the brain focused. Sleep can be badly affected by its intake at night.
The vegetables: Vegetables that have high amounts of insoluble fiber. They should not be consumed at night. Such vegetables keep your stomach full for a long time, and the digestive system starts functioning slowly. In this case, you may have gas or other digestive problems. Vegetables include onion, broccoli, cabbage etc.
